After the first half, the physicality levelled out with Spain failing convert many penalties and yellow cards. Megan Rapinoe seized the opportunity to flag Spain as a soft foul at the end of the 76th. The US's physical fitness showed in the last 15 minutes.

La Roja's performance against America

La Roja's performance against the United States was an eye-opening performance. The U.S. WNT never conceded in eight consecutive competitive games and outscored their opponent 44-0. Despite the United States' excellent goal-scoring record the Spaniards seem stronger. They are a dangerous side that can exert pressure on the inexperienced U.S. goalkeeper. La Roja was frustrated with their two last goals, both scored in the second half by Megan Rapinoe.

They were formed against South Africa

Spain's match against South Africa began in a 4-3-2-3 formation. Their wide attackers were in the half-spaces, creating space for their full backs. South Africa had few opportunities to counterattack due to the compact midfield. Except for a few excellent efforts by Amanda Mthandi, Kgatlana and Kgatlana, the goals were scored by the Spanish attacking midfielders.

Their away kit against South Africa

In 2017, the Springboks wore a red jersey in a match against Argentina. They also wore one in blue against Ireland in September 2017, wearing a replica of their first ever rugby jersey against the Irish. Asics created the red away jersey as a promotional product. It featured the Springboks and Blitzboks wearing all the colours of South Africa's flag. In the Sevens series, they also wore greens and blacks.

Their performance against Sweden

In the quarter-final of the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup, Sweden beat Germany 2-1. The victory secured Sweden a place in the final and will face either France or Germany in the final at Wembley. The Swedish team used athleticism to overcome Germany's backline. In the 48th minute, they won with a goal that was just two minutes after the break. Sweden won the 1984 European Championships on penalties. They hope to repeat this feat at Wembley.
