Brooke Henderson leads LOTTE Championship

Brooke Henderson, the LPGA's Brooke Henderson, is on track to win her sixth title. She led the LOTTE Championship leaderboard through 36 hole. American has been searching since January for a win, but she is now in top form, shooting a total of 69. She averaged 25 putts per round in the first half of the tournament. Through two rounds, she has not made a bogey and has a total of 68 putts in her five last rounds.

Brooke Henderson is the winner of the second straight LPGA event

Canadian golfer Brooke Henderson has won her second consecutive LPGA event in Canada. Last year was a great year for the 18-year old. At the age of eighteen, she won the Women's PGA Championships in Toronto and was selected to represent Canada at the 2016 Olympics. In Rio, she finished seventh in the women's golf tournament. She holds the record for most LPGA Tour victories by a Canadian. In April 2021, she will win her tenth LPGA event. Henderson has won an LPGA event every year since her debut in 2015.

Brooke Henderson is now the proud owner of three LPGA Tour championships thanks to her win in Canada. After winning the LOTTE Championship last June, she won the McKayson New Zealand Open as well as the Meijer Classic. Her victory set a new Canadian record for the most LPGA Tour victories, beating Michelle Wie and Lexi Thompson by two strokes each. She was also awarded the Bobbie Rosenfeld Trophy, the highest honor in the LPGA.

Brooke Henderson has won last two LPGA events

Brooke Henderson won Los Angeles' second LPGA event, winning with a bogey free 64. After two rounds, she was four shots behind her leader. But by the end of the final round, her score was 12 under, which is one stroke more than the leader. Lindsey Weaver Wright, a rookie on the tour, was on her path to her first win. However, Henderson won in a playoff after Henderson birdied her final hole.

The Canadian also won the LPGA tournament at Seaview. She had also won the 2016 Women's PGA Championship. She started the afternoon round four strokes behind Korda, but roared back with birdies on the first two holes. Nos. 3 through 9 were her bogeys. After making bogeys on holes 3 and 9, she was on a tear on nine.
