
Fallon Fox is an American mixed martial artist who is openly gay. She is the sport's first transgender fighter. She made public her transgender identity when she switched to female in 2011 and made it public. Fallon is an outspoken advocate of gender equality and a strong supporter of the LGBTQ community.

Manuel Fallon Fox, 26, of Los Angeles, California, was a high school student when he decided to pursue a career in boxing. Jeet Kune Do was his class when a girl approached Manuel about sparring. Manuel agreed to meet her at a nearby boxing gym. Manuel was instructed by an overzealous coach to spar with the girl. Manuel was also punished by him.
Manuel has fought just three professional fights. His first two bouts were amateur. His entire career was full of injuries. He has missed numerous fights because of back-toback injuries as well as shifting priorities in the bureaucracy. But his promise to return to the ring is still unfulfilled.

Her relationship is with a gay man
Fallon Fox, a MMA fighter has been the focus of a lot of attention recently because of her relationship to a gay man. Fox was a biological male and struggled from an early age with her gender identity. In her teens, Fox was certain she was gay. She did not know there were transgender individuals at the time.
She started researching transgender issues which eventually led her to make the transition. She read about transsexuals, some of whom had been waiting decades to do so. She eventually lost all her hair. Eventually, she underwent several surgeries that would complete her transformation into a female.
Her gender reassignment surgery
Fallon Fox was born to a man, but struggled with his gender identity as a teenager. She initially thought she was gay during her teenage years. But, she soon realized that she is transgender. After realizing her gender identity, she decided to have gender-reassignment surgery. She flew to Thailand for the operation and had a series if surgeries.
Fallon Fox learned about the term "transgender” as a teenager. When she was young, Fox began to question herself and steal her mother’s clothes so that she could play dress-up. Although her family did not support her decision to have gender-reassignment surgery, she was able to serve four years in the Navy, becoming an operations specialist, second class. She went on to attend technical college, and then enrolled at University of Toledo.

Her MMA journey was her greatest success.
Fallon Fox, a professional mixed martial artist, announced her retirement in early 2018, following a defeat to Amanda Nunes at UFC 215 and that she would no longer be competing in the sport. She announced her intention of retiring in February 2017. She announced her intention to retire in February 2017. Fox has not competed in the octagon since.
Although her MMA career ended in a short time, it is noteworthy that she has been a vocal advocate for transgender athletes since then. Born as a male, she struggled with gender identity from an early age, believing herself to be a gay man. She was unaware there were other transgender persons in the world.
