Spain played with more intensity against Sweden than against the USA after a lackluster first half. The US's poor finishing was noted. Jenni Hermoso's perfect shot in the ninth minute equalized the score. The second half was a more physical affair, with Spain failing many penalties and yellow tickets. Megan Rapinoe seized the opportunity to flag Spain as a soft foul at the end of the 76th. The USA's physical strength was apparent in the last fifteen minutes.
La Roja's performance against America
La Roja's performance against the United States was an eye-opening performance. The U.S. WNT did not concede a goal in eight consecutive competitive game, outscoring their competitors 44-0. Despite America's impressive goal-scoring records, the Spaniards have become stronger. They are a dangerous group that can apply pressure to the inexperienced U.S. goalkeeper. La Roja has been frustrated by their last two goals, both scored by Megan Rapinoe.

They formed them against South Africa
Spain started their match against South Africa as a 4-3-3 team. With their wide attackers taking up half-spaces and making space for their fullbacks, Spain used a 4-3-3 structure. The midfield was compact, and South Africa had very few chances to counter attack. With the exception to a few great efforts by Amanda Mthandi or Kgatlana, the main goal-scoring midfielders in Spain were the ones responsible.
Their away kit for South Africa
The Springboks were last seen wearing a red change jersey against Argentina in 2017. They also wore one in blue against Ireland in September 2017, wearing a replica of their first ever rugby jersey against the Irish. Asics sponsored the red away jersey. The Springboks were able to wear all the South African colours, as was the Blitzboks. They also wore green and white in the Sevens series.
Their performance against Sweden
Sweden beat Germany by 2-1 in quarter-finals at the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup. Sweden secured a place at the final, and will be facing either France or Germany at Wembley. The Swedish team used athleticism to overcome Germany's backline. In the 48th minute, they won with a goal that was just two minutes after the break. Sweden won the 1984 European Championships on penalties. They hope to repeat this feat at Wembley.

Their knockout match against Germany
Since Alexia Putellas' injury in their previous match, the Spaniards have shown remarkable form. Germany won their final game and has been a consistent force throughout the tournament. They are in great form and will aim for a place in the knockout round. Germany, however, has lost Marie-Antoinette Katoto due to injury and France have been struggling to find their feet this tournament.
